Red lipstick says a lot about a lady.  Red is a bold and vibrant colour, so by having red lips you are saying you are bold and vibrant too.  Red lipstick is also associated with classiness, romance, glamour, femininity and elegance. Having red lips gets attention for everyone everywhere, but make sure it’s applied neatly because it can just make you look messy if not.
